Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Time Frame

• Usual dispatch time: 2–3 working days
  Air Shipping: 3–6 days delivery
  Surface Shipping: 4–8 days delivery

  Returns & Replacements

Manufacturing Defects

• Refund or replacement will be provided after verification (unboxing video or product images required).
  Exchange: Exchanges are not supported directly. Customers must place a new order.

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to:

• Failed delivery attempts

The package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the address and arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
